St. Robert Missouri Hotel Policies

No Smoking Policy: Z Loft Hotel does not allow smoking within the rooms. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee will be added to the guest's final bill.

No Pet Policy: Our property does not allow pets in the rooms during a guest's stay. In the event a guest disregards the set policy a $250 fee will be added to the guest's final bill.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate circumstance a guest cannot follow through with their reservation; they must contact our front desk staff no less than 48 hours prior to check-in time on the established reservation date in order to cancel. If a guest cannot comply with this agreement then a fee of one night's stay will be charged to the guest.

Damaged Property Policy: Guest is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the course of their stay. In the occurrence this situation arises then guests must pay for said items.

Check-In Time: Anytime after 3:00PM

Check-Out Time: Anytime before 12:00PM
